Include your username and, for the app, your iPhone model and iOS version. You can also type support or bugreport in the terminal.

• You can browse, play and use the terminal without an account.
• Create an account from Sign in in the app, or with auth in the terminal. A six-digit code confirms your email.
• Forgot your password? Choose Reset password on the sign-in screen, or type recover.

In the app, open Account, then Delete account, then confirm with your password. In the terminal, type deleteaccount <password> DELETE. Your account, saves, mail and chat messages are deleted. If you cannot sign in, email support from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.

• Chat: tap the options on a message and choose Report message or Block.
• Mail: open the message, choose Message options, then Block or Report message.
• Community games: use Report a concern under the community games list.
• In the terminal: friend block <name>, or bugreport to reach a moderator.

A blocked player's chat is hidden from you and they can no longer send you mail. Moderators review every report within 24 hours. See the Terms of Service for the conduct rules.
