Specialists welcome
We may engage people full-time, part-time, on contract, for one-off projects, or as guest contributors. The shape of the relationship should fit the work.
ContractCybersecurity professional reviewer
Our library of deterministic CTF challenges is generated with help from AI. Seeking a qualified human cybersecurity professional to evaluate scope, accuracy, pedagogy, and discuss direction. Our live daily challenge, The Range, is meant to call upon skills learned on one's own and in a competitive environment. We are always seeking new scenario ideas, review of existing ones, difficulty evaluation, and other professional input.
CompensationNegotiable, based on experience and quality of analysis.
Express interestContractDesign a Live Action Trailer for Dial-Up-Days
Seeking an experienced video editor or someone familiar with AI-enabled long-form video generation to develop a live action trailer for the role-playing game Dial-Up-Days. Dial-Up-Days is a retro hacking sim where the protagonist fights against randomness, decay, networking protocols, heat, corruption, and an unknown rival hacker to build a botnet out of computers in the local town. Form relationships, make moral choices, achieve one of 10+ endings. It is entirely text-based and thus live action is more conducive to social media marketing. Seeking 30-60s trailer that conveys the general vibe.
CompensationCompensation is negotiable and will depend on the quality and scope of the finished work.
Express interestContractPlaytester
Play games, get paid! Fine-tuning our growing library of games is painstaking manual work. We are looking to crowdsource this operation. Pick a game, play it, try to break it. Write up a detailed report containing reproduction steps, bugs/logical inconsistencies, and general recommendations.
Compensation$5-$50 per report, depending on detail and accuracy. Playtesters must be authorized beforehand. Unsolicited reports will not be compensated.

Back a different kind of technical platform
CLI-Games combines an accessible game library, practical security education, and persistent terminal-native worlds. Each layer makes the others more useful and harder to reproduce in isolation.
